Our Mission Statement

To relieve the poverty of the inhabitants of Inverclyde, through information, advice and guidance

Our core values mean that we treat people with respect and dignity, despite their status, background or circumstances. We recognise that many of our clients are experiencing financial difficulties and hardship therefore our Advisers provide a completely non-judgemental range of services. We are totally committed to working hard for our clients to ensure they recieve the best possible outcome and we strive for 100% customer satisfaction at all times.

Our vision is to ensure local people have access to welfare benefit and financial advice, by providing a range of quality grass roots advice services which are free, independent, impartial and confidential. We aim to remove any barriers that people face when attempting to access advice, including disability, caring responsibilities and childcare problems. We can provide home visits to people who have difficulties attending our office for an appointment.
